The ground floor
On the ground floor is the kitchen equipped with:
- a dishwasher (detergent not supplied),
- a gas hob,
- an oven, a hood,
- a micro wave, a coffee machine,
- a washing machine (detergent not supplied).
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking:
- stew pans, frying pans and a pressure-cooker.
Also on the ground floor is the air-conditioned lounge/dining room with:
- a double sofa bed,
- a TV.
The French windows open onto the terrace.
The first floor
On the first floor are:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed,
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds,
- the bathroom with an Italian shower and WC.
We supply all the household linen (sheets, duvets and duvet sheets, towels, tea towels – but not beach towels).

The outdoor terrace opens onto the dining room and kitchen.
Furniture includes a table, chairs and a gas plancha (gas bottle provided).
The nook in the shade is a useful terrace extension.
The 8m x 5m swimming pool (maximum depth of 1.70m), heated from May 1st to September 30th, is in front of the S/C home. The pool area is fully secured by a fence to current standards.
Relax with a massage from the hydro-jets in the pool.
You can wander through the unfinished lower terraces which feature an orchard, a kitchen garden and 1,500sq.m. copse.
